With gratitude, I introduce myself, bringing over two decades of experience in HR and business leadership across diverse industries. My professional journey includes key roles at industry giants like Unilever, ITC, ICICI Prudential, Essar, and Reckitt. Spanning from Global to Regional, Country Lead to pioneering new business setups, my leadership trajectory has been varied. I have played key roles through managing Growth Transformation programs, Strategy formulation, Talent Management, and the entire spectrum of people practices, alongside advisory board responsibilities. An alumnus of Fergusson College with honours in Economics, I earned a Masters in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India.
Kshitij is a Business, Product & Finance leader with 24 years of experience cutting across business management, strategy formulation and execution, tech product development and organisational leadership in companies including Procter & Gamble and Amazon across Europe and India. In his most recent role at Amazon, he owned a series of Seller facing products for Amazon World Wide. Passionate about the power of organisational health and culture creating an empowered and engaged work environment; with the resulting power of talent driving sustained delivery of business results. Kshitij did his graduation from the London School of Economics, and Masters from London Business School.
Shashank is a business and HR professional, passionate about helping build Future Ready Organizations. Before co-founding ATP, he was leading HR for Consumer Business at Amazon India. In his HR career spanning around 20 years he has worked across Business Partnering, COE and Service Delivery roles, with industry leaders in Consumer-Tech, FMCG, Financial Services and IT across Asia, Africa, Americas and Europe. He also had the opportunity to lead in a P&L role as the CEO for Godrej Consumer for their South America business in Chile. Shashank is an alumnus of SIBM Pune, where he studied MBA with specialization in HR.
