With gratitude, I introduce myself, bringing over two decades of experience in HR and business leadership across diverse industries. My professional journey includes key roles at industry giants like Unilever, ITC, ICICI Prudential, Essar, and Reckitt. Spanning from Global to Regional, Country Lead to pioneering new business setups, my leadership trajectory has been varied. In his most recent role at Amazon, he owned a series of Seller facing products for Amazon World Wide. Passionate about the power of organisational health and culture creating an empowered and engaged work environment; with the resulting power of talent driving sustained delivery of business results. Shashank Shekhar

Shashank is a business and HR professional, passionate about helping build Future Ready Organizations. Before co-founding ATP, he was leading HR for Consumer Business at Amazon India. In his HR career spanning around 20 years he has worked across Business Partnering, COE and Service Delivery roles, with industry leaders in Consumer-Tech, FMCG, Financial Services and IT across Asia, Africa, Americas and Europe. He also had the opportunity to lead in a P&L role as the CEO for Godrej Consumer for their South America business in Chile. Shashank is an alumnus of SIBM Pune, where he studied MBA with specialization in HR.
